I'm a bit worried about stopping the backup since it's been going for 5 days. I tested the possibility your suggested of a hard file limit being set on the ftp server by uploading 20 txt files to the same backup folder, and the process completely without a hitch. The vol.999 content file is shown as being modified 5 hours ago, but the date on the signature file changes continuously as it's being overwritten. Filezilla does not show the vol.999 signature file, but the file manager within my CPanel DOES show it. It appears that the signature file IS actually being continuously overwritten. However, the signature file does not exist on the ftp server. The associated content file is already uploaded. I did what you said and the mouse tooltip shows that it is uploading the volume 999 signature file. Great job with the app! Works great backing up my smaller folders. This is hard to test b/c with my current connection, it takes about 5 days to reach 999 files.Įxcuse my ignorance, but is there a way to view the log of a backup that is currently running? I can't verify that it stopped at 999 files last time (didn't check on the ftp server), but it did stall out around 75% each time, which could have been the same time. This is my second time attempting this backup.

Also, the bar does not drain or refill when I unplug my ethernet cable. It spikes to approximately 3kb/sec d/l, and 17kb/sec u/l every 20 seconds. However, duplicati IS using the network when I check the windows 7 resource monitor. However, nothing new appears to be being uploaded to the ftp server (checked the dates modified on the server, and the dates modified are from hours ago). Every 20 seconds the top progress bar drains, and fills up again very quickly in about 1 second (as if it were uploading a signature or manifest file). The backup process is stuck in a constant loop at 999 content/signature files.
